How to feed the planet in 2050?
In recent years, this question has been asked repeatedly and is gradually becoming an emergency in the face of our growing population and limited resources. Lowimpact food provides a concrete solution to this problem.
Lowimpact food revalues co-products of different local beer and fruit juice producers through the breeding of edible insects. Thanks to its low ecological impact and its high bioconversion, insect breeding is part of a sustainable production. The rearing is carried out in a controlled environment without invasive treatments. These insects are then transformed into a high-protein flour that can be easily integrated into different foods (e.g. cereal bars or protein pasta).
